​What is your delivery policy?

The intent of this policy is not to make more money from our customers, but to financially cover the time one of us is not in the shop. 

1. Pickup at our woodshop in Newbury. This is not a retail space, but our actual woodshop. As such, an appointment is necessary to ensure your safety and ours.

2. Have your items shipped.

3. Make arrangements for delivery. Pricing will depend on how far away you are and how long we will have to be out of the shop.

​How long do I have to pick up my order?

Once your order is complete, you will receive three notifications via phone call, email, text, and/or message. If you fail to pick up your item or make other arrangements then you forfeit your item and your deposit. We do not have space to store finished work indefinitely.

​Can I come see your shop?

Again, this is our work shop, not a retail space.  Due to our insurance policy and OSHA regulations, we cannot have people walk into our woodshop without an appointment. We have many loud, powerful, and incredibly dangerous machines and everyone’s safety is our first priority.

​What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.  We do not give refunds.  In the unlikely event that we make a mistake, we will do everything we can to make it right.
Please keep in mind that your product is made from wood - there will be natural variations in color and texture.  There may be knots - these are not imperfections, but the wood's natural beauty.​

​Do you offer bulk/wholesale discounts?

Yes, we would be more than happy to work out bulk or wholesale pricing for large orders.

​I saw this item on Etsy/Pinterest/etc. Can you make something like it?

We love drawing inspiration from items that we or our clients see.

How do I take care of my cutting board?

When you purchase a cutting board from us, you will be provided with a sample of our Brown's Board Butter.  Brown's Board Butter is available for sale individually or as part of our cutting board care kits.

Can my XL games be stored outside?

We do not recommend storing your games outside.  Many of our products are given several coats of clear paint, but at the end of the day it is still made out of wood.​
